We are just a normal, ordinary, wild and crazy family.

We are currently doing genealogy on our families. One line we would like more information
on is the Schönles. Greg's great-great grandfather was Johan Jacob Schönle.
He was born in Württemberg, Germany, in 1838,
and died in 1907. When he came to the U.S., he spelled his last name as Schoenle; sometimes he also listed his name as John Schonle. He married Sabina, whom he met in New York, and
they had seven surviving children: Joseph Schoenle, John Schonle, Charles Lewis Shonle, Theodore
Jessup Shonley, Anthony William Schonle, Mary Shonle, and Peter Shonle. (Most of
the children changed the spelling of the last name to make it easier to pronounce).
Of his children, we have information on Charles Lewis Shonle (my great grandfather),
Theodore Jessup Shonley, and Anthony William Schonle. I would love to hear from anybody who
knows about the descendants of Joseph Schoenle, John Schonle (his wife's name was Mary),
and Peter Shonle.
